STEP 1
Form the Kiri squares into balls.
STEP 2
Roll them in roasted sesame seeds.
STEP 3
Arrange lettuce and spinach leaves in a salad bowl.
STEP 4
Add the smoked salmon slices and distribute Kiri balls all around the bowl.
STEP 5
Mix oil and mustard, stir in lemon juice and add the oregano. |
Garnish Serve the tangy, tasty dressing on the side or add it to taste. |
