Qatayef with Cream

STEP 1
Put the flour in a bowl. Add the Lurpak Butter, Puck Whipping Cream, yeast and salt. Knead the ingredients using water to get well-balanced dough, and leave it to rest.
STEP 2
Cut the dough into small squares. Put the chocolate fingers in the middle and roll the dough.
STEP 3
Leave it to ferment one more time, and then bake it in the oven at medium heat (180 degrees Celsius). |
