Orange Chocolate Mousse
with Puck ®

Just to sweeten the deal: Puck Whipping Cream, layered over a rich mousse of melted bitter chocolate, orange concentrate and sugar syrup. Savor every spoonful!

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 225 grams bitter chocolate, cut in pieces
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons orange concentrate
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups Puck Whipping Cream
  • ½ cup sugar 

Directions

STEP 1
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. 
 
STEP 2
Meanwhile, melt the sugar in the water and bring it to the boil.     
 
STEP 3
Beat the eggs and add the sugar syrup gradually with continuous whisking. Then add the melted chocolate and the orange concentrate.
 
STEP 4
Let the mixture cool and then add the Puck Whipping Cream.
Garnish

Garnish with chocolate.
