Creme Brulee with Fresh Fruit
with Kiri ®

As sweet to eat as it is simple to make! Kiri squares and crème fraiche blanket mixed berries in a layer of richness. Brown sugar melts over it all for a golden finish.

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 10 Kiri squares
  • 200 grams mixed berries, fresh or frozen
  • 100 grams low-fat crème fraiche
  • 8 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions

STEP 1
Divide the mixed berries between 4 oven-safe ramekin dishes.

STEP 2
In a mixer, combine the Kiri and the crème fraiche.

STEP 3
Spoon the Kiri mix over the fruit. Refrigerate for 30 to 40 minutes.
 
STEP 4
Take the ramekins out of the fridge and sprinkle a thick layer of brown sugar over the Kiri mixture.

STEP 5
Put the ramekins on a baking tray. Place the tray under a pre-heated hot oven for 2 to 3 minutes until the sugar is golden and bubbling. Carefully remove from the oven.
Garnish

Leave ramekins to cool before decorating each one with a single berry.
