Angel Hair Pasta with Salmon
with Kiri ®

The creamy richness of Kiri squares compliments the lightness of angel hair pasta and smoked salmon beautifully. Spread some Kiri on French baguette and serve on the side (and don’t forget the white wine!).

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 10 Kiri squares
  • 300 grams angel hair pasta
  • 6 slices smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons semi-skimmed milk
  • 4 thin slices of white French baguette
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill 
  • Salt and white pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon quartered, for garnish
 

Directions

STEP 1
Mix the Kiri squares and the milk in a mixer.
 
STEP 2
Add mix to the pasta.
 
STEP 3
Stir the pasta over heat and season it with salt and pepper.
 
STEP 4
Divide into four plates and top with salmon slices.
Garnish

 Garnish with lemon and chopped dill.
